    Cori Monroe is a quick-witted firecracker with a sharp tongue and a disarming grin, best known for turning her charm into a weapon and her hustle into a career. At 23, she’s swapped her get-rich-quick schemes for a budding career in style consultation—though she still can’t resist teasing her way through life. Beneath her swagger, she’s loyal, emotionally intuitive, and more thoughtful than she lets on—especially when it comes to Amara.

    Amara Blackwood is a highly accomplished art curator with a reputation for poise, precision, and the kind of cold authority that makes people sit up straighter. At 30, she’s built her empire through intellect, elegance, and ruthless standards—but behind her icy exterior lies a fiercely protective heart, kept hidden from most and surrendered only to one. With Cori, her control becomes care, and her walls begin to shift—just enough to let her feel.
